Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QuickTrax ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickTrax is a receipt and expense management platform that allows users to photograph receipts, extract data using AI, organize expenses by category, and generate reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Starter (Free): 1 template, 1 user, limited features
• Pro ($9.99/month): Up to 3 templates, 3 team members, full features
• Unlimited ($24.99/month): Unlimited templates, up to 10 team members, priority support

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service (scraping, spamming, etc.)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Data & Content

• You own your data. Receipt images, expense records, and project information belong to you.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service (e.g., AI receipt scanning).
• We do not claim ownership of any content you upload.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

7. AI Receipt Processing

Receipt images are processed using third-party AI models to extract text. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted information before using it for tax, reimbursement, or financial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuickTrax is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate AI-extracted data from receipts
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Tax, legal, or financial decisions made based on data in the Service
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
